In 2023 I went through my own burnout experience and since then I have been on a mission to understand the causes of burnout and how I can avoid it happening again. I believe we can all improve our resilience to burnout, through developing an Anti-Burnout Mindset.
I have lived the experience and conducted the research so you don't have to. This resource is designed to save you time and energy, and hopefully a burnout experience or two!
